CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I , Numeral 13 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal of the lot of land N ° 173 with a surface area of 269 square meters, located in the Urbanization? Villa San Juan Lazareto?, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, registered in the Register of Real Rights under Computerized Tuition No. 2.01.0.99.0058094; in favor of Mr. Dionicio Condori Quispe, in the sum determined in the Council Regulation (EEC) No 326/89 of 13 June 1989.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-six days of February
