CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Is the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian People declared? Dance of the Tobas?.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, and the territorial entities

departmental and municipal autonomous, where is practiced the? Dance of the Tobas?, within the framework of their competencies they will implement public policies for their promotion and dissemination.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, at twenty-five days of the month of February

of two thousand fourteen years.
