CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. Declare 7 September of each year,? National Day of Dance La Morada?, in
recognition of the composer, author and oruren researcher, Don José Flores Orozco? The Jach? a Flores?.
ARTICLE 2. The celebration of? National Day of Dance La Morada?, will be developed mainly in the city of Oruro, capital of the Bolivian folklore, as well as in all regions of the Bolivian territory where the same is practiced and promotion activities will be implemented, The dissemination and conservation of La Morada Dance.
ARTICLE 3. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism and the Autonomous Territorial Entities, within the framework of their competencies and in coordination with the organizations involved with La Morada Dance, are in charge of compliance and execution of this Law.
Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of February
of two thousand fourteen years.
