CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. in accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of San Lucas, with an extension, is approved. surface of 7,173,00 square meters, located in the street Potosi s/n, in the place called? Cantumarca Pampa?, Manzano 32, District 9, of the town of San Lucas, of the Province Noror Cinti of the Department of Chuquisaca, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of the city of Camargo of the Department of Chuquisaca under the Matriculation Computer-based N ° 1.07.2.01.0000394, whose colindances are: to the North, with the property of Mr. Lucas Cardozo Barrios; to the South, with the street Potosi; to the East, with the surplus fraction of Mr. Benigno Olguin Otondo; and to the West, with the property of the Lord German Bautista García; in favor of the Universidad Mayor Real and Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca and with exclusive destination for the construction and operation of the Academic Unit based in the Municipality of San Lucas, as established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 106/2013 of 31 October 2013 of the Council Municipal of San Lucas.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
