CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the BOL-21/2014 Loan Contract, signed between the State Plurinational of Bolivia and the Financial Fund for the Development of the Silver Basin-FONPLATA, dated February 14, 2014, for an amount of US$ 34,753,571.-(Thirty-Four Million Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-One 00/100 US Dollars), for financing of the? Project Double Track Montero-Crystal Mayu, Stretch Ivirgarzama-Butterfly Bridge?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, to assume the

repayment of the obligations that they are contracted in the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, the fourteen days of the month of March of the

year two thousand fourteen.
