CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Act

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan No. 3151 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank On March 6, 2014, for an amount of up to US$ 43,000,000.-(Forty-Three Million US Dollars), destined to finance the project? Improvement of Access to Health Services in El Alto-Bolivia?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of March

of the year two thousand fourteen.
