CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. It is declared on September 4 as National Day of Sexual and Reproductive Education

Responsible.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body and the Autonomous Territorial Entities within the framework of their competencies, in

coordination with the public and private institutions involved, will implement programs, campaigns, fairs, workshops, seminars of comprehensive, respectful and preventive information on responsible sexual and reproductive health education.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly. Plurinational, at the three days of the month of April two thousand

fourteen years.
