CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of the lot of land with a Surface area of 6,713 square meters, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Camargo, located in the area called? Future Municipal II?, plot N ° 001, of the municipality of Camargo de la provincia Nori Cinti of the department of Chuquisaca, duly registered in the Royal Rights of Chuquisaca in the Folio with Matricicle N ° 1.07.0.10,0000157, under the seat A-1 of Ownership of the domain, whose colindances are: to the North, Quebrada Without Name; to the South, the Campesino Community of Future Plot 054; to the East, the Campesino Community Future Plot 044; and to the West, Red Fundamental F1 (Highway Camargo-Tarija); in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB, for the construction of a dispenser that supplies gasoline, diesel and natural gas for vehicles (NGV), as established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 50/2013, dated November 5, 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of the month of April

two thousand fourteen years.
