Law No. 525 law of 12 of may of 2014 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article only. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, paragraph 13, of the political Constitution of the State, is the alienation, gratuitously, of the plot of land with an area of 6,713 square metres, property of Municipal self-government of Camargo, located in the area called approved? Would future Municipal II?, plot no. 001, in the municipality of Camargo of the Nor Cinti province of the Department of Chuquisaca, duly registered in real rights of Chuquisaca in Folio with registration N ° 1.07.0.10.0000157, under the A-1 seat of ownership over the domain, whose borders are: to the North, Quebrada Sin Nombre; to the South, rural community future plot 054; to the East, rural community future plot 044; and to the West, network key F1 (Camargo-Tarija road); in favour of deposits oil tax Bolivianos-YPFB, destined for the construction of a supplier that fuel gasoline, diesel and natural gas vehicle (NGV), in accordance with provisions in the Ordinance Municipal N ° 50/2013, dated November 5, 2013.
