Law No. 526 law of 12 of may of 2014 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State DEBOLIVIA as, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: single article. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, paragraph 13, of the political Constitution of the State, approves the alienation, gratuitously, of a lot of land owned by Municipal self-government in Tapacari, with a surface extension of 1050.00 sq. meters, a whose total area is 11.300,00 square meters, located at N ° 016 manzano , Lot no. 1, Royal Villa of Cochabamba Department Tapacarí municipality and registered at the offices of real rights of the city of Quillacollo under registration computed N ° 3.11.1.01.0000124, whose borders are: to the North, with the Hospital; to the South, the river Tapacarí; to the East, with the way to the hospital; and to the West, with the terrain of the Bolivian police; in favour of the Supreme Court of Justice and with exclusive destination to the construction of offices for the courts that form part of the Court Department of Cochabamba, according to provisions in the Ordinance Municipal N ° 070/2013, on November 21, 2013, of the Municipal Council of Villa Real of Tapacarí.
