For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:


D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land located in the area of Colcapirhua Norte, Manzano D, District 31-N, of the municipality of Colcapirhua, province Quillacollo of the department of Cochabamba, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Colcapirohua, with an area of 1,476,20 square meters and registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of Quillacollo, under Computerized Tuition No, No of Asiento A-1, whose Colindances are: to the North, with the property of Mr. José Espinoza and with the property of the family Pahuasi; to the Sud, with a street continuation of 10.00 meters and with the lots 23, 21 and 20; to the East, with the property of Mr. José Espinoza and with the lots 23, 21 and 20; and to the West, with an unnominated street of 10,00 meters; in favor of the Council of the Judicial Magistrate-Organ, and destined to the construction of the Judicial Building, as established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 49/2013, enacted on 16 July 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of May two

thousand fourteen years.
