CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Punata, with an extension, is approved. surface of 1,272.39 square meters (m2) and located on the 6th of April of the municipality of Punata, whose colindances are: to the North, with the property of Mr. Carlos Vásquez; to the South, with the property of Mr. Julian Velarde; to the East, with the street Victoria; and to the West, with 6 April Street; registered at the Royal Rights offices of Punata, under the Matriculation No. 3.14.1.01.0010055, consisting of the right owner in Asiento A-1 dated May 29, 2012; in favor of the National Health Fund-CNS Regional Punata, and with exclusive destination to the construction of a second hospital level, as set out in the Municipal Council Resolution No. 23/2014 of the City Council of Punata, dated May 8, 2014.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of May of two

thousand fourteen years.
