CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declaration of Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the Cathedral located in

the city of the Holy Trinity of the Department of Beni.

Article 2. The Executive Branch of the central level of the State, in coordination with the Departmental Autonomous Government of Beni and the Municipal Government of the Holy Trinity of the Department of Beni, within the framework of its competences, will prioritize the protection, conservation and promotion of the Cathedral located in the city of La Santisima Trinidad.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, Eight days of the month of May of the year

two thousand fourteen.
