PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is the construction of a new infrastructure for the Authority

Judicial and the Constitutional Court Plurinational, called? Judicial Citadel?, in the city of Sucre, for being the seat of the Judicial and Plurinational Constitutional Court; in addition, as a fair recognition of the Plurinational State to the Constitutional Capital of Bolivia, whose property belongs to the

Article 2. The Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca, is responsible for ensuring the acquisition of

land for the construction of the? Judicial Citadel?.

Article 3. Remain in charge of the implementation of this Law, under the principle of coordination, the Authority

Executive through the competent Ministries and the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twentieth day of May of the

year two thousand fourteen.
