CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of two (2) lots of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Potosi, in favor of the General Personal Identification Service-SEGIP and with exclusive destination for the construction of infrastructure for the operation of offices for the granting of identity cards and driver's licenses, as established in the Municipal Resolution No. 062/2014 of 10 April 2014, of the Municipal Council of Potosí. The batches that are the object of the present disposal respond to the following detail:

Lot 1. Registered at the Bureau of Royal Potosi Rights, under Matriculation No. 5.01.01.0021497 with last registered property seat A-2 on behalf of the Autonomous Government of Potosi, located in the district Nº 9, the area Las Delicias, apple 1, Urbanización Justina Callapino Vda. de Sánchez, with a surface of 610,45 square meters, whose colindances are: to the North, with the street Araramayo; to the South, Area of Equipment; to the East, with the Colegio Pablo Sánchez; and to the West, with the Pedestrian Passage.

Lot 2. Registered at the Office of Royal Potosi Rights under Matriculation No 5.01.01.0021500 with last registered property seat A-2 in the name of the Autonomous Government of Potosi, located in the district Nº 9, the area Las Delicias, apple 1, Urbanization Justina Callapino Vda. de Sánchez, with an area of 874.45 square meters, whose colindances are: to the North, Area of Equipment; to the South, with the street Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz; to the East, with the Colegio Pablo Sánchez; and to the West, with the Pedestrian Passage.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
