CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, 14, of the Constitution of the State, is

ratify it? Protocol of Amendment to the Convention of Latin American Film Integration, signed in the city of Cordoba, Kingdom of Spain, on November 28, 2007.

Article 2. The Executive Body, through an Interpretive Declaration, will communicate to the Government of the

Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in its status as the State of the Executive Secretariat of the Cinematography Ibero-American-SECI, as Article XXV of the Protocol, that the name? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the State approved on February 7, 2009, and Supreme Decree No. 048 of 18 March 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of June of the year

two thousand fourteen.
