CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal, for consideration, of a lot of land of 200,00 square meters (m²) of property of the Autonomous Government of La La Paz, whose surface is 236,333.01 square meters (m²), located on the 21st of November of the region San Isidro zone of Miraflores of La Paz, registered in Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Matriculation No. 2.01.0.99.0014512, whose Colindances are: to the North, with a private property; to the South, with a property The latter, with a passage s/n; and to the West, with the street 21 of November; in favour of Macario Kuno Barrera, according to the Municipal Ordinance No. 142/76 of 2 November 1976 and N ° 165/2010 of 20 May 2010.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeenth day of June of the year two thousand fourteen.
