CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan No. 3181 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank On June 12, 2014, for an amount of up to $us106,000,000.-(Ciento Six Million 00/100 U.S. Dollars), to meet the objectives set forth in that Loan Agreement.

II. Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the National Treasury- TGN, assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeenth day of July of the

year two thousand fourteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
