CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I number 14, of the Political Constitution of the State,

and Articles 37 and 55 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, is ratified? Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Air Transport?, Montreal Convention/MC99 of the Organization of Civil Aviation, signed on May 28, 1999, in the city of Montreal, Canada.

Remitase to the Authority Executive for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the fourteen days of August of the

year two thousand fourteen.
