CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph 14, of the State Political Constitution,

and Articles 37 and 55 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, ratifies the? Notes Reversal of the Construction Project of the Laguna Colorada Geothermal Plant with the State of Japan?, (Phase 1 of the First Stage), signed on May 5, 2014 in the city of La Paz, Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Remitase al Executive organ for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the fourteen days of August of the

year two thousand fourteen.
