CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. (OBJETO). This Law is intended to grant the payment of aguinaldo to the beneficiaries of the
Universal Income of Old Age (Income Dignity).
Article 2. (AMOUNT OF UNIVERSAL INCOME). Article 5 of Law No 3791
amended28 November 2007, under the Social Security Non-Contributory scheme, with the following text:
Article 5. (Amount of the Universal Income of Old Age and Funerals). The amount of Income
Universal of Old Age (Income Dignity), for the beneficiaries referred to in Article 3 (a) of this Law, shall reach a total Considering the payment of the aguinaldo, of Bs.3,250.-(Three thousand two hundred and fifty 00/100 Bolivians).
For the beneficiaries mentioned in Article 3 (b) of this Law, the total annual amount considering the aguinaldo will reach Bs.2,600.-(Two Thousand Seishundreds 00/100 Bolivianos).
The Executive Body will determine by Supreme Decree, the form of cancellation and periodicity in the
Payment of the Universal Income of Old Age and of the Aguinaldo.?
Article 3. (DEROGATIONS). The legal provisions contrary to this Law will be repealed.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
