CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

l. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Loan Contract subscribed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation-CAF, on July 7, 2014, for an amount of up to $us132,155,000.00.-(Hundred Thirty-Two Million Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand American Dollars), for the partial financing of the? Project of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of the Road F07-Epizana-Comarapa and Construction of the Bridge-Miro-Mirrors?

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the

repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Contract, approved

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-one day of August of the

year two thousand fourteen.
