D E C R E T A:

UNICO ARTICLE. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of two lots of land owned by the Autonomous Government is approved. Municipal of Santiago de Andamarca, as established in Municipal Resolution No 010/2014 of 12 February 2014, of the Municipal Council of Santiago de Andamarca, according to the following detail:

Lot of land with a surface area of 672.60 square meters (m2), located on Washington Street between Calle 2 de Agosto and street without name, of the town of Orinoca of the province Sud Carangas, of the department of Oruro, registered in the office of Royal Rights of the city of Oruro, with Computerized Registration Number 4.12.1.01.0000008, whose The following are: to the North, owned by Bernardino Puquinio; to the Sud, Washington Street; to the East, owned by Wilber Zenteno Ticlla; and to the West, Calle 2 de Agosto; in favor of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB and with exclusive destination to the construction and operation of a YPFB Service Station.

Lot of land with a surface area of 10,000,00 square meters (m2), located in Rio Agua Cruz between unnamed streets, from the town of Orinoca of the province Sud Carangas, in the department of Oruro, registered in the office of Royal rights of the city of Oruro, with Computerized Registration Number 4.12.1.01.0000007, whose colindances are: to the North, owned by Pedro Coria Zenteno; to the Sud, Río Agua Cruz; to the East, owned by Pedro Coria Zenteno; and to the West, owned by Pedro Coria Zenteno; in favor of the Bolivian Police Command, with a seat in the Department of Oruro, under the Ministry of Government, and with exclusive destination for the construction and operation of a Comprehensive Police Station-PPE.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twentieth day of August two

thousand fourteen years.
