CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan BV-P5, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Agency of Cooperation International of Japan-JICA, dated July 2, 2014, for an amount of up to ¥ 2,495,000,000.-(Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Five Million Japanese Yen), destined to finance the? Construction project of the Laguna Colorada Geothermal Plant, Phase I of the First Stage?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the

repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said approved loan agreement

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-six days of August

of the year two thousand fourteen.
