Law No. 569 law of 8 September 2014 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: single article.
I in accordance with the provisions of article 158, paragraph I article 10, of the political Constitution of the State, approved the loan contract signed between the plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation - CAF, in date on July 7, 2014, for an amount of up to USD72.000.000.-(seventy-two million 00/100 dollars us) intended to partially finance the? Program of water, sanitation, solid waste and stormwater drainage - PROASRED?
II. authorizing the Ministry of economy and finance, through the General Treasury of the nation - TGN, assume the repayment obligations that are incurred in the execution of the mentioned loan agreement approved by this law.
