CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation- CAF, on July 7, 2014, for an amount of up to USD72,000,000.-(Seventy-Two Million 00/100 American Dollars), intended to partially finance the? Water, Sanitation, Solid Waste and Pluvial Drainage program-PROASRED?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, to assume the

repaying of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the Twenty-six days of August

of the year two thousand fourteen.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
