Law No. 570 law of 8 September 2014 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: single article.
I. in accordance with the provisions of article 158, paragraph I article 10, of the political Constitution of the State, approved the loan contract signed between the plurinational State of Bolivia and the European Investment Bank - EIB, in date 27 June 2014, amounting of up to? 50.000.000,00.-(fifty million 00/100 Euros) intended to co-finance the? Project of construction of the highway Uyuni - Tupiza?.
II. authorizing the Ministry of economy and finance, through the General Treasury of the nation - TGN, assume the repayment obligations that are incurred in the execution of the mentioned loan agreement approved by this law.
