CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. Is the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian People, the lyrics and music of the song? Oh,
Cochabamba Querida?, by the singer-songwriter Ruben Ramírez Santillan, with an artistic pseudonym? Jaime del Rio?; as a manifestation and popular folk work of cultural value of interest of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
Article 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Cultures and Tourism, the
Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Cercado, according to its competences, will implement public policies for protection, promotion and dissemination as Intangible Cultural Heritage the song? Oh, Cochabamba Dear?.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-six days of August
of the year two thousand fourteen.
