CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. This Law is intended to amend Paragraph I of Article 94 of Law No. 026 of 30 of

June 2010,? Electoral Regime Law?, with the following text:

? Article 94. (CALLS).

I. The electoral processes of fixed mandate established in the Constitution of the State, will be called

by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal by Resolution of the Plena Room, with an advance of at least one hundred Fifty (150) days to the date of the implementation of the vote for elections of national authorities of the Plurinational State, and of at least one hundred twenty (120) days for elections of departmental, regional and municipal political authorities. For the election of authorities of the Judicial and Plurinational Constitutional Court, the call will be issued with a minimum advance of ninety (90) days. The call should ensure that the election of new authorities and representatives is carried out before the end of the mandate of the outgoing authorities and representatives.?

FINAL DISPOSITION

ONLY. The Electoral Body must conform its regulations to the provisions of this Law, within a time

maximum of fifteen (15) working days, computable from the publication of the This Law.

two thousand fourteen.
