CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Is declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian People, to the historic Patron Festivity

of? Rosario del Ingre: Virgin of the Rosary and Virgin of Guadalupe?, held in the municipality of San Pablo de Huacareta of the province Hernando Siles, in the department of Chuquisaca.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism in coordination with the Government

Autonomous Department of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Municipal Government of San Pablo de Huacareta, within the framework of its competences, are responsible for formulating policies of promotion, safeguard, protection and registration of the Patron Festivity of? Rosario del Ingre: Virgin of the Rosary and Virgin of Guadalupe?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of October of two

thousand fourteen years.
