CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Financing Convention No. 5484-BO/5485-BO, subscribed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Development Association-IDA of the World Bank-WB, on 21 August 2014, in the amount of up to DEG15.083,200.-(Fifteen Million Eighty-Three Thousand Two hundred 00/100 Special Rights (Giro), intended to finance the? Additional Financing Project for the Strengthening of Statistical Capacity and the Information Base for Evidence-Based Planning?

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, is authorized to assume the

repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned Financing Agreement. approved by this Law.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of the month of October of the year

two thousand fourteen.
