CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. The registration of the owner's right in the Real Rights record, in favor of the Ministry of Planning

of the Development, is available for the following real estate located at:

Calle 9, N ° 104 of the area of Obrejes de la Paz, with a land area of 7,469.95 square meters (m²) and its buildings, adjacent to the South, with the Avenue Guido Capra Gemio; to the North, with three neighboring lots; to the East, with the street 10; to the West, with the Hospital Caja Petrolera; and to the South West, with the street 9.

Street Sempertegui, between Street 3 and Railway Avenue N ° 22, of the area of Villa Dolores of the city of El Alto, with an area of land of 8,445.53 square meters (m²) and its buildings, adjacent to the South, with two neighboring lots; to the North, with the street 3 of Villa Dolores; to the East, with the Railway Avenue; and to the West, with the street Sempertegui.

II. This Law constitutes a sufficient legal instrument for the registration of the right owner of the goods

as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, in Royal Rights and other records before other instances.
