CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. A Natural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared, to the Paraba Barba Azul (Ara

glaucularis), considered a species in extinction on the national territory.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body of the central level of the State, in coordination with the territorial entities

, will prioritize the protection and conservation of the species Paraba Barba Azul (Ara glaucularis) and its habitat through plans, programs and projects in the short, medium and long term.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days of the month of October of two

thousand fourteen years.
