CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. in accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Political Constitution of the State, the disposal of six (6) lots of land owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, inserted in the Plan for the replacement of the Sub-Unit Neighborhood Marshal Santa Cruz, sector Fe y Alegria, of La Portada area of La Paz, with a total area of 714.30 square meters (m²), registered in the offices of the Royal Judicial District of La Paz, under the Royal Folio's Matriculation No. 2.01.0.99.0023353, Seat Number 1, a For the following beneficiaries and according to the detail:
Maximum Murga Mamani and Albertina Luna, Lot PM-1, Manzana D1a, with a surface area of 175,10 square meters (m²), whose colindances are: to the North, with the street without name 1; to the South, with the Lote 10; to the East, with the area of equipment EQ-4; and to the West, with the street Juan Mendoza.
Santiago Nina Quispe, Lote PM-2, Manzana D1a, with a surface area of 118.40 square meters (m²), whose colindances are: al North, with the street without name 1; to the south, with the Lot 1; to the east, with the street Reyes; and to the west, with the EQ-4 equipment area.
Maria Luisa Yujra de Nina, Lote PM-3, Manzana D1b, with a surface area of 84.10 square meters (m²), whose colindances are: to the North, with the street without name 1; to the South, with the Lot 7; to the East, with the area of equipment EQ-2; and to the West, with Reyes Street.
Francisco Barrera Suxo and Lucia Choquehuanca de Barrera, Lote PM-4, Manzana D1b, with a surface area of 80.70 square meters (m²), whose colindances are: to the North, with the street without name 1; to the South, with the Lot 5; to the East, with the Municipal property area PM-5; and to the West, with the area of equipment EQ-2.
Fernando Mamani Pucho y Esperanza Nina Calle, Lote PM-5, Manzana D1b, with a surface area of 95,00 square meters (m²), whose colindances are: to the North, with the street without name 1; to the South, with the Lot 4; to the East, with the area of EQ-3 equipment; and to the West, with the municipal property area PM-4.
Vicente Huanca Mendoza, Lot PM-6, Apple J1, with a surface area of 161.00 square meters (m²), whose colindances are: to the North, with the Lot 9; to the South, with the street without name 2; to the East, with the green area AV-2; and to the West, with the street without name 2.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the sixteen days of October
of the year two thousand fourteen.
