Law No. 591 law of 30 October 2014 ALVARO GARCIA LINERA President in exercise of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. Is declared Cultural heritage of the State Plurinacional de Bolivia, to the? Would Bolivian singani?, as original, legitimate and exclusive product from the production of the valleys of the departments of Tarija, Chuquisaca, La Paz, Cochabamba, Potosi and Santa Cruz.
ARTICLE 2. The Executive Branch, through the Ministry of culture and tourism, in coordination with the autonomous territorial entities of the departments of Tarija, Chuquisaca, La Paz, Cochabamba, Potosi and Santa Cruz, in the framework of their competence, are responsible for formulating and implementing policies of industrialization, protection, recovery and preservation of the knowledge and skills used in the production of the? Singani Bolivian?.
ARTICLE 3. The Ministry of culture and tourism, is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the certificate of Cultural heritage of the plurinational State of Bolivia, to the? Bolivian singani?.
