LAW OF OCTOBER 30, 2014

PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Is Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia declared, al?Singani Boliviano?, as

originating, legitimate and exclusive product of the production of the valleys of the departments of Tarija, Chuquisaca, La Paz, Cochabamba, Potosí and Santa Cruz.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the

Autonomous Territorial Entities of the departments of Tarija, Chuquisaca, La Paz, Cochabamba, Potosí and Santa Cruz, in the framework of their powers, are they responsible for formulating and implementing policies of industrialization, protection, recovery and conservation of the knowledge and knowledge used in the elaboration of the?Bolivian Singani?.

ARTICLE 3. The Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the

Cultural Heritage certificate of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, al?Bolivian Singani?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-three days of October

of two thousand fourteen years.
