CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to approve the modification to the Contract of Operation for the

El Dorado Area, signed on October 28, 2006 and approved by Law No. 3636 of 23 April 2007.

Article 2. (MODIFY). The to the Operation Contract for the El Dorado Area is approved,

consisting of the allocation of ten percent (10%) of vacant participation in the rights and emerging obligations of the said contract, to Favor of YPFB CHACO S.A., made by Adenda dated July 22, 2013, signed between Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos and YPFB CHACO S.A.

Article 3. (GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT). As YPFB CHACO S.A. is constituted in

a subsidiary company of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos, who has the majority shareholding in the company, Subclause 18.1 and the Annex ?C? of the Operation Contract for the El Dorado Area, are not applicable.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-eight days of the month of October

of the year two thousand fourteen.
