LAW OF NOVEMBER 11, 2014

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian people declared, to the holiday of?San Severino, the

Santo de las Lluvias?, which is held the last weekend of the month of November each year, in the Tarata Municipality of the Department of Cochabamba.

Article 2.

I. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Government of Cochabamba

and the Autonomous Government of Tarata, according to their competences, will support the protection, conservation, promotion and strengthening of the holiday.

II. The Autonomous Government of Cochabamba, the Autonomous Municipal Government of Tarata, the institutions and

social organizations involved in the holiday of?San Severino, the Santo de las Lluvias?, are responsible for drawing up the Plan of Management of the Festivity, which is the subject of this declaration, in coordination with the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of October

of the year two thousand fourteen.
