CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. The Plurinational State of Bolivia in exercise of the principle of international solidarity in health matters, authorizes the

Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, to make the donation of $us1,000,000.-(One Million 00/100 American Dollars), in favor of the United Nations-UN, for the global campaign against Ebola; whose resources are exempt from any direct and/or indirect tribute, or collection of commissions bank by the Central Bank of Bolivia-BCB.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized to make the budgetary modifications

necessary in order to comply with the preceding paragraph.

Remove the Executive Body for purposes

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, six days of the month of November of the

year two thousand fourteen.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and will comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
