CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. Law No 3611 of 28 February 2007 is amended, with the following text:
?Article 1. Is Bolivia's Cultural Heritage declared, al?National Festival of Music of Oruro?, for being a precedent to the majestic entrance of the Carnival of Oruro.
Article 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Government Departmental de Oruro and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Oruro, within the framework of their competencies and in institutional coordination, will implement public policies for the preservation, dissemination and promotion of the aforementioned musical, cultural, artistic and folkloric.
Article 3. The organization and realization of the?Festival Nacional de Bandas de Música de Oruro?, will be in charge of the Departmental Federation of Professional Musicians of Oruro-FEDBAMPO, in coordination with the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Departmental Government of Oruro and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Oruro.?
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

year two thousand fourteen.
