CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. It is declared Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the Battle of Cotagaita, as the First Battle of the Libertarian Gesta, made on October 27, 1810 in the Municipality of Cotagaita, First Section of the Province of the Province of Potosi.

Article 2. On October 27 of each year, in commemoration of the Battle of Cotaagaita, the Military Civic Parade will be held in the Municipality of Cotagaita.

Article 3. The central level of the State, through the Ministries of Education, and of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the Autonomous Government of Potosi and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Santiago de Cotaagaita, according to their competences, will implement projects and public policies for the promotion and dissemination of the historical facts, for educational and tourist purposes.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, six days a month from November of the year two thousand fourteen.

Therefore, it was enacted to be implemented as a Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
