CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. A Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared, to the?Battle of

Tumusla?, of April 1, 1825, as the last battle that sealed the Independence of Upper Peru, raised in the town of Tumusla of the municipality of Santiago de Cotagaita, Nor Chácís province of the department of Potosi.

ARTICLE 2. On April 1 of each year, it will be recorded in the calendar of historical dates of the State

Plurinational of Bolivia.

ARTICLE 3. In commemoration of the glorious one?Battle of Tumusla?, every year the Civic Parade will take place

Military in the town of Tumusla of the municipality of Santiago de Cotagaita.

ARTICLE 4. The central level of the State through the Ministries of Education and Cultures and Tourism, in

coordination with the Autonomous Government of Potosi, and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Santiago de Cotagaita, according to its competences will implement projects and public policies for the promotion and dissemination of the historical facts, for educational and tourist purposes.
