CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to authorize the Ministry of Public Works, Services and

Housing, to transfer a property of its own property, in favor of the Departmental Workers ' Central of Chuquisaca.

Article 2. (TRANSFER). The Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, the

transfer, free of charge, of the property of its property located on the Avenue of Master N ° 372 of the city of Sucre, with a surface of 520,00 meters, is authorized. squares (m²) and with a built area of 690.00 square meters (m²), inscribed in Royal Rights with the Matriculation No. 1.01.1.99.0006767, which consists of two (2) blocks of four (4) plants, called K and L, and eight (8) departments, registered under Nros. 1.01.1.99.0011118 (L-2), 1.01.1.99.0021078 (L-3), 1.01.01.990020886 (L-4), 1.01.1.99.0021082 (K-1), 1.01.1.99.0020970 (K-2), 1.01.1.99.0020993 (K-3) and 1.01.1.99.0021000 (K-4); the colindances are: to the North, with Bernardo Houssay Street; to the South, with a multifamily department; to the East, with the Master's Avenue; and to the West, with Otto Von Braun Street; in favor of the Departmental Workers ' Central of Chuquisaca.

Article 3. (EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF TAXES). As it is a free transfer

made by the State, in favor of a non-profit entity, the exemption from the payment of taxes to the transfer is available.

Article 4. (USE OF BIRES). The immovable property mentioned in Article 2 of this Law, will be

intended for the exclusive use of the activities of the Departmental Workers ' Central of Chuquisaca, and may not be transferred to third parties under any title, otherwise will be reverted to the State.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
