CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeric 13 of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, for consideration, of a lot of ground immersed in the Remodeling Planning is approved?The Almendros?, nominated as PM-7, apple?A?, from Alto Calacoto of the city of La Paz, with a surface area of 141.1 square meters (m2), which is part of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of La Paz, under Computerized Registration Number 2.01.0.99.0060471, in favor of Mr. Juan Carlos Alvarez, as established in the Municipal Ordinance GMLP N ° 383/2009, of August 26, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-seven days of the month of

November of two thousand fourteen years.
