CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. The Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing is authorized through the Unit
Entitled Executor, arrange for relocation of the beneficiaries of lots 67, 69, 73, 76, 77 and 79, of the F8 manzano of Plan 328, of the urbanization of Ciudad Satélite, of the city of El Alto, in other available lands, in order to make its transfer for infrastructure projects of national interest viable.
ARTICLE 2. Once the lots referred to in Article 1 of this Law have been relocated,
in accordance with
158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal is approved for free, of lots of land, located in the manzano F8 of Plan 328, of the urbanization of the city of El Alto, with a total area of 2,126.25 square meters (m²), owned by the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing, as a continuator of the pending proceedings of the National Fund for Social Housing (ex-FONVIS) (a) the Autonomous Municipal Government of El Alto, with exclusive destination for the construction of the sports complex called?Juan Evo Morales Ayma?.NUMBER OF
