CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Is the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian people declared?Feast of the Virgin

Our Lady of the Rosary Patron of Vinto?, held on October 7 of each year, in the municipality of Vinto of the department of Cochabamba, to be a living expression of the cultural values traditional, popular and religious of our country.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the Government

Autonomous Department of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Vinto, within the framework of its competences, are responsible for formulating policies for recovery, promotion, safeguarding and protection of the?Feast of the Virgin Our Lady of the Rosary Patron of Vinto?.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, 12 days of the month of January two

thousand fifteen years.
