CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is declared a Cultural Heritage and Historical Monument of the Bolivian people, al?Castle of the

Glorieta?, as a living expression of the art and culture of the republican period, that reflects the Gothic, Manierist, Baroque, Rococo, Neoclassical and Mudejar styles, of significant social and economic importance for the Department of Chuquisaca and Bolivia.

Article 2. The autonomous territorial entities, within the framework of their competencies, will implement norms and

public inter-institutional policies, in order to protect, preserve and promote the?Castle of the Glorieta?, as an artistic and cultural manifestation worthy of admiration for its own and strange, that motivates the tourist and economic activity favoring the region, the Department of Chuquisaca and the Country.

Remitase to the Authority Executive for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of January of the year

two thousand fifteen.
