CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of a lot of urban land E. 12.1, owned by the Autonomous Government of Trinidad, is approved. With a surface area of 5,422,52 square meters (m²), located in the area of Pesado Industrial Park, Manzano E-12, Calle 18, registered in the offices of Real Rights of the city of the Holy Trinity, under the Computerized Registration No. 8.01.01.0017815, in seat A-1, whose colindances are: to the North, lot No. E-12; to the South, unnamed avenue; to the East, with street No. 18; and to the West, with lot No. E-12; in favor of YPFB, destined to the installation of Satellite Stations of Regasification for the city of the Holy Trinity.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of January of the year

two thousand fifteen.
