CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Sucre, with a surface area, is approved free of charge. From 20,000.00 square meters (m²), located in the ex-Fundo Sancho of the city of Sucre, inscribed in the offices of Royal Rights of the Department of Chuquisaca under the license plates of Folio Real Nros. 1.01.0.14.0002214 and 1.01.1.99.0060194, whose Collinings are: to the North, with a track of 14.00 linear meters of width; to the South, with a via 10,00 linear meters of width; to the East, with a route of 13,00 linear meters of width; and to the West, with land owned by Mr. Faustino Salanova Cabrera; in favor of the Autonomous Departmental Government of Chuquisaca, destined for the construction of a Third Level Hospital, as established in the Municipal Autonomous Resolution No. 187/2014 of 26 March 2014.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the nine days of January of the

year two thousand fifteen.
