CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the transfer, free of charge, of a surface area of 34 hectares (has), of the so-called?The Future?, with Title Executorial N ° PPD-NAL-329618 and Expediente No. 6637, as stated in Supreme Resolution No. 229830 dated November 4, 2008, and registered with the offices of the Royal Rights, under the Computerized Registration No. 7.04.4.01.0002339, located in the Municipality of San Juan, Ichilo Province of the Department of Santa Cruz, adjacent to the North, South, East and West according to Plano Catastral N ° 07-04-04-01-001157; in favor of the Bolivian Police, intended for implementation of the Anti-Narcotics Operations Center, according to the Municipal Law No. 22 of 7 of August 2014, from the Municipal Government of San Juan.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

year two thousand fifteen.
