CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. A Cultural, Historical and Religious Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared to the

?Festivity of San Juan, San Pedro and San Pablo?, held from 24 to 29 June each year, in the Municipality of Corque, capital of the Province of Oruro.

Article 2. The central level of the State, through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the

Autonomous Departmental Government of Oruro and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Corque, within the framework of its competences, to formulate policies for promotion, safeguarding and protection of the?Festivity of San Juan, San Pedro and San Pablo?.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, nine days of the month of January of the

year two thousand fifteen.
