CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of the lot of land with a surface area of 633,56 square meters (m²), of property of the Municipal Autonomous Government of Villazon, located in the area El Chorro El Puente, apple N ° 6, predio N ° 2, inscribed in the office of Royal Rights of the city of Villazon, under the Matriculation No. 5.15.1.01.0006596, Asiento A-1, whose colindances are: al North, with Cotagaita Street; to the South, with municipal premises; to the East, with the property N ° 1; and to the West, with the passage 10 of February; in favor of the General Service of Personal Identification-SEGIP, with exclusive destination for the construction of infrastructure and operation of offices, for the granting of identity cards and licenses to drive, as established in Municipal Resolution No. 080/2014 of 19 August 2014, of the Municipal Council of Villazon.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, nine days of the month of January of the

year two thousand fifteen.
