CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, 14, of the State Political Constitution,
and Article 37 of Law No. 401 of 18 September 2013, of the Celebration of Treaties, is ratified?Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, concerning a Credit Line, free of interest, of fifty million (50,000,000.00) of Yuan Renminbi?, subscribed in the city of Beijing, People's Republic of China, on 22 October 2014.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of the month of January of the year
two thousand fifteen.
